Spanish Immersion Camp

Spanish Immersion Camp Schedule
Camp Overview
In this engaging week, kids will practice hearing and speaking Spanish, all while enjoying fun activities at Cochran’s! We will hike, play games, as well as doing art and cooking projects that draw from Latin American culture. In the process, we will build vocabulary and maintain Spanish fluency.
This camp is specifically designed for kids entering grades 1-6, who are fluent in Spanish, or who are enrolled in a Spanish Immersion program. In the mornings we will focus on learning about Latin America culture through cooking, art, games, etc all while increasing language fluency and understanding. The afternoons we will explore our local community, swimming, hiking, getting ice cream, etc
Please have your child bring the following items to camp. Each camper will have a bin to store their supplies in and feel free to leave them at school. Lastly, your child will need to bring their own lunch each day. Please email me at brian.godfrey@mmuusd.org if you have questions.
